OPERATIONAL WORKING CONDITIONS
This document covers the works that our company will carry out for our customers, the studies and the results it presents.
Our customer orders the package(s) for the services he/she wants to receive from our site/sites. In addition to the contract for the package he ordered, a panel is opened for our customer and the tasks to be fulfilled in the panel are presented to our customer. If our customer requests, the annexes listing these duties are sent to our customer as an annex to the contract with wet signature.
Our customer can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the right of withdrawal and money back guarantee return and return policy in the contract based on the duties.
The customer can submit his/her request based on the studies by opening a support record through the customer panel provided by our Company at least 3 (three) business days in advance. During the request, the information requested by our company of the persons who will participate in the study must be conveyed. Based on this support record, the customer can work within the jointly agreed working time period, provided that the following rules are followed.

Following the rules and helping our staff will help us to give you the best service.
The participation of your authorized personnel/s that you have notified to our company may be required for the study.
Our company has the right to dismiss the person involved in the study, not to participate in the study, and to request that he be replaced during the next study, in case the persons participating in the study do not act in accordance with the rules.
For security purposes, a copy of identity card, signature, commitment to comply with the rules, etc. can be obtained.
Occupational health and safety, emergency etc. of our company and building management. We remind you that you are responsible for complying with the rules and policies regarding the situations.
Building entrances, study rooms, corridors and emergency exit routes:
Do not leave boxes, building materials, information processing devices and any similar objects in building entrances, corridors and emergency exits in a way that will hinder movement and distort the image.
Do not make noise in the building, including rooms, in a way that will disturb others, and do not listen to loud music.
Cleaning, Garbage and Waste:
Do not leave your garbage and unusable materials that may arise during the work in the work area. You can throw the paper, plastic, metal and glass wastes you want to recycle to recycling stations or separate them and deliver them to the cleaning staff.
In the center where our company is located, there are additional security measures such as alarm and CCTV.
Smoking is prohibited in our company’s office areas, on the stairs and on the roof.
Occupational health and Safety :
We remind you that you are obliged to take all kinds of occupational health and safety measures during your work, that we may stop your work in cases that threaten safety or that the necessary precautions are not taken, and that you will be responsible for any accidents that may occur.
