Business Setup and Market Entry Consultancy

Before committing capital to the Turkish market, find out whether the demand is actually there. We measure it first, then build the digital side of the business.

Most Market Entry Decisions Are Made Without Data

Companies research regulation, tax and logistics thoroughly — then decide on demand by intuition and a few conversations. That's the part that determines whether the venture works.

Regulation is researched

Company formation, tax registration and permits get proper attention because they're visible, documented and handled by professionals.

Demand is assumed

"There's a market for this in Turkey" is usually a belief rather than a measurement. Nobody checks how many people actually search for the product each month.

Competition is underestimated

Local competitors that don't appear in English-language research often dominate the categories that matter. They're visible in Turkish search — if you look.

What We Do — and What We Don't

We're a digital consultancy, not a law firm or an accountancy. Being clear about that boundary saves everyone time.

Demand measurement

How many people search for your product or service in Turkey, in which regions, with what seasonality and in what direction the trend moves.

Competitive mapping

Who holds the category in Turkish search and marketplaces, how strong they are, and where demand goes unanswered — the gaps are the opportunity.

Channel strategy

Whether your route to market runs through your own store, marketplaces, local distribution or a combination — decided from data rather than preference.

Digital setup

Website, local listings, measurement infrastructure and search visibility, built so the business is findable from the day it opens.

Ongoing management

Content, visibility and advertising run monthly with written reporting, so the operation grows on evidence rather than instinct.

What we don't do

Company formation, tax registration, permits, employment law and customs. These belong with local legal and accounting professionals — we work alongside them.

The Market Check

Before any build decision, three questions get answered with evidence. Most entry mistakes trace back to one of them being skipped.

01

Is there demand?

Search volume for your category in Turkey, broken down by region and season, with the trend direction over recent periods.

02

Who already has it?

Competitors visible in Turkish search and marketplaces, their strength, and what customers complain about — complaints are where openings appear.

03

What would it take?

The realistic route to visibility in your category: which channels, what content, over what timeline. Sometimes the honest answer is that the category is closed.

Occasionally the market check concludes that a category isn't worth entering. That outcome is worth considerably more than the cost of finding out — and we say it plainly when it applies.

THREE PACKAGES · CLEAR PRICING

Working Together

Market entry work typically starts as a one-off setup engagement and continues monthly once the operation is live.

Deepest work. Multi-channel entry, large catalogues, priority access.

Start with discovery

VERNİS is our unit of work: a productive net working hour stripped of preparation, meetings and internal coordination. At this intensity, 1 VERNİS is equivalent to roughly six hours of a senior employee's working day. The rate is 4,000 TL in all three packages.

The VERNİS rate never drops — benefits are added instead

All three packages carry the same VERNİS rate: 4,000 TL. What increases at higher tiers is the number of VERNİS and the benefits included. Each item below carries a separate cost when bought individually; inside the package it is included at no extra charge.

Who We Work With

Brands evaluating Turkish market entry

Before capital is committed, the demand question gets answered with search data rather than assumption — including the possibility that the answer is no.

Companies that already entered

Presence exists but results don't match the plan. The first step is diagnosing what was built and what was skipped, not rebuilding on top of it.

Manufacturers seeking direct sales

Production capacity without a sales channel. We build the demand side so output meets measured demand rather than projected demand.

Brands working through distributors

When a local partner owns the customer relationship entirely, the brand has no visibility of its own market. Building a direct digital presence changes that balance.

Turkish companies expanding abroad

The same method in reverse: measuring demand in target markets before committing to a channel or a language version.

When entry isn't advisable

If the category is closed or demand doesn't support the investment, we say so. That answer costs a fraction of discovering it after launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle company formation and permits?

No. Company formation, tax registration, permits and employment matters belong with local legal and accounting professionals. We handle the digital side and work alongside them.

Can you tell us whether there's demand before we commit?

That's the market check: search volume for your category in Turkey by region and season, with trend direction. It's the first thing we do, before any build discussion.

What if the market check says no?

We say so plainly. A conclusion that a category isn't worth entering is worth far more than the cost of finding out — and considerably less than discovering it after investment.

Why can't our global agency handle the Turkish market?

They can manage campaigns, but local visibility requires reading Turkish search behaviour. Keyword lists translated from English miss the phrasing that actually generates demand.

Should we sell through marketplaces or our own store?

Most brands need both: marketplaces for reach, your own store for margin and customer relationship. Which comes first depends on your product and margin structure.

How long before the operation produces results?

Paid channels can produce enquiries within weeks; organic visibility builds over months. The realistic timeline for each channel is set out before work begins.

Do we own everything you build?

Yes. Domain, hosting, analytics, advertising and marketplace accounts are registered in your name, with access retained by you throughout.

Can you work with our existing local partner?

Yes, provided responsibilities are clearly split. We frequently handle digital while a local distributor or representative handles commercial operations.

What if we already entered and it isn't working?

Then the first step is an independent review of what exists — see Digital Audit. Rebuilding before diagnosing usually repeats the original mistake.

Is Turkish-language content really necessary?

For the domestic market, yes. English-only presence reaches a fraction of demand, and translated content underperforms because it doesn't match how people search.

How does communication work with a foreign team?

In English, with written monthly reporting. A significant part of our client base is based abroad, so remote working is the norm rather than an exception.

What happens in the first conversation?

We ask what you sell, where you're considering, and what you've already looked at — then tell you what we'd check first. No commitment is required to have it.

Start With a Market Check

Tell us your product and target category. We'll look at demand, competition and what entry would realistically take — before you commit anything.
