How ASSETOR works: inside the inspect, choose and take over steps, plus the handover list
ASSETOR is Adapte Dijital’s platform for digital assets for sale, and it works in three steps: inspect, choose, take over. Everything on sale is a digital asset that is already set up, already running and already collecting demand: online stores, production businesses and service platforms. The assets sit in three tiers: Platinum at TRY 180,000, Gold at TRY 90,000 and Silver at TRY 60,000.
ASSETOR gives no earnings guarantee. We hand over a working starting point; keeping the shutter up, answering customers and growing the business is up to you. Below is what sits inside each step and what you should ask.
What exactly is for sale on ASSETOR?
ASSETOR does not sell empty domains or off-the-shelf themes. It sells a working asset where domain, site, content and incoming demand come together. The list currently holds 14 assets: 6 Platinum, 2 Gold and 6 Silver. All of them are prepared for founders in Türkiye who do not want to start from zero and would rather take over an existing digital business.
Three types of asset
Online stores sell products, production assets let a producer reach customers directly, and service platforms collect bookings or quote requests. We weigh which one fits which buyer in our guide to buying a ready-made online business.

In the inspect step, what do we look at and what should you check?
BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ
- An observation from our own site
- The Asset Value Card idea
- The detailed inspection list
During inspection we ask two questions: how much demand the asset gets and from where, and what intent sits behind it. Impressions alone are not enough; what matters is whether searchers ask, request prices or order. Use the same two questions and ask for answers in numbers.
An observation from our own site
In adaptedijital.com’s Search Console data for 14 June to 13 September 2026, the Turkish query “how to open a dental supply store” earns 219 impressions, average position 2.5 and 11 clicks. “Digital agency” sits at position 66 with zero clicks despite 478 impressions. Long, intent-rich question queries climb faster; look for that difference when you inspect an asset.
The Asset Value Card idea
We present each asset on one page: what it is, which tier it sits in and what changes hands at handover. We call this the Asset Value Card. If a line is missing, ask; an unasked question becomes a surprise at handover.
The detailed inspection list
You will find the items to check one by one before buying in the 9-point list in how to inspect a site before buying.
In the choose step, tier first or topic first?
Topic first, then tier. The topic should fit your trade, experience and customers; an asset that does not fit is a burden even in the top tier. The tier sets your budget. Filter by topic first, then look at tier and price.
| Tier | Number of assets | Price | First question to ask |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platinum | 6 | TRY 180,000 | What makes this asset Platinum? |
| Gold | 2 | TRY 90,000 | Which queries does the demand come from? |
| Silver | 6 | TRY 60,000 | Which jobs stay with me after handover? |
Cut your coat according to your cloth
On top of the price, set aside a few months of operating cash for stock, shipping and promotion. A buyer who puts every lira into the purchase gets squeezed when the till is quiet.
In the take over step, what changes hands?
Four layers change hands: the domain name, the site files and server, the measurement accounts, and the content and contact channels. Each has its own procedure and timing. The handover is not complete until all four are in your name, so check each one from your own account.
- Domain name. The registrant details are updated to your name; if the registrar changes, a transfer code (auth code) is used.
- Site files and server. Files and a database backup move to your account, or the hosting account is handed over to you.
- Measurement accounts. You are added as owner in Search Console and Analytics, and the previous owner is removed.
- Content and contact channels. Posts, images, the contact form and email forwarding are connected to your address.
Two time limits to know in a domain handover
According to ICANN’s transfer FAQ for registrants, a registrar must provide the transfer code within 5 calendar days of the request. A domain cannot move to another registrar within 60 days of initial registration or of a previous transfer. These rules cover generic extensions such as .com; .tr names follow TRABİS rules, so have your registrar confirm the current rule on handover day.
Handing over the measurement accounts
We explain the step-by-step transfer of Search Console and Analytics in our guide to transferring Search Console ownership. These accounts are the only way to see the asset’s past traffic.
The most common mistake: Taking over the domain but leaving the measurement accounts with the previous owner. Traffic keeps coming, but you cannot see where it comes from.

Is there a guarantee, and why not?
No, ASSETOR gives no earnings guarantee. Demand collected so far is not a promise of the same demand tomorrow. Search algorithms, the market and the way you run the business all change the result. Instead, we give you visible data and a complete handover list; you make the call.
What you get instead of a guarantee
The data you see during inspection and the complete layers you receive at handover. They describe the asset today, not its future.
The first job after handover: measure
Spend the first weeks measuring, not changing. See which numbers show a site works in our guide how do I know my website works.
Six things to prepare before you apply
Inspection and handover move faster with a prepared buyer. Settle these six items in advance and spend the meeting on the asset itself. The first matters most: an asset viewed without a clear aim may not fit you, however good it is.
- The topic or sector you are interested in.
- Your budget and the matching tier: TRY 60,000, 90,000 or 180,000.
- The operating cash you will set aside after handover.
- The hours a week you can give the business.
- The person or company name under which the domain and server accounts will be opened.
- The first three questions you will ask the asset’s owner.
