Digital marketing package prices: a TRY 36,000 breakdown plus the separate ad budget
On digital marketing package prices, Adapte’s Get Visible Online campaign has one answer: TRY 36,000 + VAT, paid upfront at a fixed price, for a 3-month period. With 20 percent VAT, the total leaving your pocket is TRY 43,200. Split by month, it comes to TRY 12,000 excluding VAT.
The ad budget is not inside that figure. If you choose the Google Ads or Meta Ads Recipe, you pay the budget separately to Google or Meta. If you choose the Website Recipe, there is no ad budget line at all.
What exactly do you get for TRY 36,000?
BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ
- 1. Website Recipe: 5 deliverables
- 2. Google Ads Recipe: 4 deliverables
- 3. Meta Ads Recipe: 4 deliverables
For TRY 36,000 + VAT you get one of three recipes, and work runs on that recipe for 3 months. Which one suits you is decided from your needs form. Deliverables differ, but the price stays the same whichever you pick.
1. Website Recipe: 5 deliverables
A mobile-friendly sales page, contact buttons, a Google Business Profile, basic SEO and visitor tracking. This is the only recipe that needs no ad budget. If customers are not coming through the door, it is usually the first step.
2. Google Ads Recipe: 4 deliverables
Ad account setup, keyword research, search campaigns and conversion tracking. The ad budget is paid to Google separately.
3. Meta Ads Recipe: 4 deliverables
Pixel setup, audience settings, image and text ads, and conversion tracking. It reaches people on Instagram and Facebook who are not searching for you yet. The ad budget is paid to Meta separately.

What is the total with VAT, and what does it come to per month and per day?
The package fee is TRY 36,000, VAT at 20 percent adds TRY 7,200, and the upfront payment is TRY 43,200. Spread over 3 months that is TRY 14,400 a month, or TRY 12,000 excluding VAT. Over 90 days it equals TRY 400 a day excluding VAT.
| Item | Excluding VAT | Including VAT (20%) |
|---|---|---|
| 3-month package fee (upfront) | TRY 36,000 | TRY 43,200 |
| Monthly equivalent | TRY 12,000 | TRY 14,400 |
| Daily equivalent (90 days) | TRY 400 | TRY 480 |
| Ad budget | Not included, paid separately to Google or Meta | |
Count the VAT in
If you are VAT registered, you may be able to deduct the VAT you pay under the general rules. Plan cash around TRY 43,200.
Why is the ad budget not included, and who receives it?
The package fee pays for setup and 3 months of work. The ad budget goes to the platform that shows your ads, meaning Google or Meta. It is paid straight to the platform and never mixes with the package fee. You set the monthly ceiling to suit your cash.
How do you calculate the ad budget in 3 steps?
In Google Ads you enter the budget as an average daily amount. According to Google’s help page, for most campaigns spend on a given day can reach up to twice the average daily budget. Over a month, spend does not exceed 30.4 times the daily budget.
- Write down the monthly ceiling. Set the most you can put into ads each month, for example TRY 9,120.
- Divide the ceiling by 30.4. 9,120 ÷ 30.4 = TRY 300. That is the average daily budget you enter in Google Ads.
- Multiply by 3 months. 9,120 × 3 = TRY 27,360. That is the ceiling of your 3-month ad budget.

What does the 3-month total come to for each recipe?
The total cost is the package fee plus the ad budget of the recipe you choose. With the Website Recipe the total is TRY 43,200. With the ad recipes, the total rises with the budget you set. The table below uses the example budgets above.
| Recipe | Package (incl. VAT) | Example ad budget (3 months) | Example total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website Recipe | TRY 43,200 | TRY 0 | TRY 43,200 |
| Google Ads Recipe | TRY 43,200 | TRY 27,360 (TRY 300 a day) | TRY 70,560 |
| Meta Ads Recipe | TRY 43,200 | TRY 18,000 (TRY 200 a day) | TRY 61,200 |
Taxes on the ad invoice
The ad platform’s invoice may list taxes separately. Check your billing settings.
Fill in the table with your own numbers
Write your own daily budget, multiply it by 30.4 and then by 3. Add the result to TRY 43,200. That is how you cut your coat according to your cloth.
How many new customers does the package need to pay for itself?
The threshold formula is simple: divide the total cost by the gross profit one new customer leaves. The result is the number of extra customers who need to come through the till in 3 months. If it looks reasonable, the package adds up; if not, revisit the recipe or budget.
Example: TRY 400 gross profit per customer
Say each new customer leaves an average of TRY 400 in gross profit. For the Website Recipe, 36,000 ÷ 400 = 90 customers, roughly 1 extra customer a day over 3 months. In the Google Ads example, (36,000 + 27,360) ÷ 400 ≈ 159 customers. The calculation uses the amount excluding VAT, because VAT may be deductible if you are registered.
Which 6 questions should you ask before paying?
Because payment is upfront, settle the decision before you pay. The six questions below cover price, ad budget and delivery, and take about ten minutes to ask on the call. For where packages fit in the first 3 months, see digital marketing packages.
- Which recipe is recommended for me, and why?

- Whose name are the ad account and payment card in?
