Start a business online campaign: how Adapte goes from planning to handover in 4 steps
The Start a Business Online campaign runs in four steps: application, domain and plan proposal, setup and handover. For TRY 36,000 + VAT, upfront and fixed, we open a business online before its shutters go up. Domain, 1 year of hosting, an 18-page site, 108 articles, 3 social accounts, a Google Business Profile and measurement all sit inside those steps.
The campaign’s 30 days are the application window, with the last day on 1 November 2026. We take only 12 businesses in this period. The setup schedule itself is given to you in writing once you approve the domain and site plan. Below is what happens at each step.
How do the four steps unfold in short?
You describe your business, we propose a domain and a plan, and after your approval we build and hand over. Each step has an output: the application reserves your place in the quota, the proposal produces an approved plan, the setup delivers a working site with measurement, and the handover brings a video and a diagnosis card. Why the campaign rests on “open online first” is explained in open online before you open a shop.
Why the schedule comes after approval
Setup time depends on the page plan and keyword groups. A date given before the plan is clear is a guess; we prefer a written schedule.

Step 1: What do we listen for when you apply?
When you apply, we listen for three things: your business, the area you want to open in and whether you have a shop. These three answers shape everything from the domain proposal to the article plan. Payment is upfront and fixed; with payment, domain proposal and planning begin and your place in the quota is reserved. No shop yet is fine, you appear with your service area.
Three questions, one place
What do you sell, where, and will customers come to you or you to them? If customers are not walking through the door, say so; the plan is built around it.
Payment and VAT
The package costs TRY 36,000 + VAT. At 20% VAT the total is TRY 43,200; check the current rate on your invoice. No extra bill appears mid-month.
Step 2: How do we propose the domain and the plan?
In the second step we propose a domain and a site plan. The domain carries your business name or the word people search for, and it is registered in your name. The site plan has 6 main and 12 sub-pages across 6 categories. At the same time we set the 6 keyword groups the 108 articles will be spread across. We do not start the setup before you approve.
Step 3: How do we build the 108 articles and the measurement?
The backbone of the setup is 108 articles, and the number is not random. We produce content in sets of 18: 6 keyword groups times 18 articles makes 108. Inside each set, one article owns one question and one search intent. Adapte’s writer line writes the articles, while the site, measurement and contact channels are set up in the same step.
Measurement and contact
Regional and demand measurement with GA4 and Search Console, WhatsApp Business, structured data and the Google Business Profile are set up in this step. Traffic and conversions then sit on one dashboard.
| Item | What it does | In whose name |
|---|---|---|
| Domain and 1 year of hosting | The business’s address online | Your name |
| Site with 6 main + 12 sub-pages | Shop window and contact point | On your domain |
| 108 articles, 6 groups × 18 | Brings searchers to the site | On your site |
| GA4 and Search Console | Measures region and demand | Your account |
| Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business | Map presence and quick contact | Your business |
| 3 social media accounts | Reserves your name on social platforms | Your name |

Step 4: What do you receive at handover?
At handover you receive a working site, published articles, live measurement and contact channels. On top of that we give you a handover video and an AI-SEO Diagnosis Card. The video shows where the accounts are and what to watch. The diagnosis card sums up, on one page, where the site starts out for search engines and AI assistants.
Why do we take only 12 businesses, and how does the coupon work?
We set a quota so that delivery never has to wait. The arithmetic is plain: 12 businesses times 108 articles means 1,296 articles for our writer line in this period. Beyond that load, quality or the schedule would slip. The campaign closes when the quota fills, and the last day is 1 November 2026.
What do we leave out of the package?
Whatever we leave out is optional and priced separately. We say so up front, because a surprise line item goes against the spirit of a fixed, upfront price. We also give no ranking or sales guarantee. What we deliver is setup, content and measurement; how far the till turns is decided by the market and by your business.
- Brand identity and logo
- Competitor visibility report
- E-commerce setup
- +180 articles on top of the 108
- Google and Meta advertising
- Video and banner production
When to add an option
After measurement shows its first signals. Paying for ads before you know which group gathers demand is throwing money down the drain.
What we give instead of a guarantee
A measurable start. Numbers showing who searches before you sign a lease will not decide for you, but they lift the guesswork.
