How to Write Clinic Ad Copy: Four Parts

AuthorAdapte Dijital Published15 September 2026 Reading Time3–6 dk

“What do we write in the ad? No promises, no ‘the best’ — what’s left? How do you write psychologist, psychiatrist and therapist clinic ad copy?” What’s left is what matters: who, where, what they do, where the door is. The person is already searching; they don’t need persuading, they need to recognise they’ve found the right place. ✍️

This article is the copy template: four parts, three versions and the replacements for rejected sentences.

The whole line: the advertising guide; setup: the search ads article.

FOUR

Four Parts

BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ

  • Part 1 — The district
  • Part 2 — The area
  • Part 3 — The title
  • Part 4 — The door

Ad copy is built from four parts — all from the identity card: 📝

Part 1 — The district

The headline’s first words: “In [District]”. Seeing the district they searched for, the person reads “a real place”; the first separation from the platform ad’s generic text happens here.

Ad copy is built from four parts — all from the identity card: 📝 Part 1 — The district The headline’s first words: “In [District]”.

Part 2 — The area

The area the clinic actually works in, plainly: “adult and adolescent therapy”, “couples therapy”, “child assessment”. A headline listing everything says nothing clearly; one area per keyword group.

Part 3 — The title

Complete and correct: “specialist clinical psychologist”, “psychiatrist”. In an ad the title is both trust and regulation; copied from the identity card: the identity article.

Part 4 — The door

One action: “write for a first meeting”, “call to book”. Not two actions; the person shouldn’t have to think about which to take.

Ad Copy: Four Parts ① District ② Area ③ Title ④ Door “a real place” one area per keyword group complete and correct one action “Adult and Adolescent Therapy in [District] · Specialist Clinical Psychologist · Write for a first meeting” Not persuasion; recognising the right place.

THREE

Three Versions

BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ

  • Version A — Plain
  • Version B — Process-focused
  • Version C — Practical-focused

Three variants of the same template — the platform rotates them, the one bringing the most first contacts stays: 🔄

Version A — Plain

“Adult Therapy in [District] · Specialist Clinical Psychologist · Write for a first meeting.” Four parts, unadorned. Most of the time the winner.

Three variants of the same template — the platform rotates them, the one bringing the most first contacts stays: 🔄

Version B — Process-focused

“Adult Therapy in [District] · The process is planned together at the first meeting · Write.” One sentence for the person’s “what will happen” worry; not a promise, a process.

Version C — Practical-focused

“Adult Therapy in [District] · In person and online · Weekdays and Saturdays · Write.” Accessibility information; answering the practical question in the ad.

Rejected Sentence → Replacement

BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ

  • “Free yourself from anxiety” → “Practitioners working in the area of anx
  • “The best clinic in the area” → “In [District] since 2016”
  • “Are you depressed?” → “Therapy in the area of depression and anxiety&#8
  • “Book now, limited places” → “Write for a first meeting”
  • “Hundreds of clients recovered” → nothing
  • And who writes it

Common mistakes and their correct forms: ⚠️

“Free yourself from anxiety” → “Practitioners working in the area of anxiety”

A promise aimed at the person becomes a sentence describing the clinic. The area is written, the outcome isn’t.

“The best clinic in the area” → “In [District] since 2016”

A superiority claim becomes verifiable information. Year, location, title: a record, not a claim.

“Are you depressed?” → “Therapy in the area of depression and anxiety”

A question to the person becomes the clinic’s area. The platform rejects the first and passes the second: the rules article.

“Book now, limited places” → “Write for a first meeting”

Urgency pressure backfires in this vertical; the person is already anxious. A calm single action.

“Hundreds of clients recovered” → nothing

Client numbers, outcomes and stories don’t appear in ads. In their place, title and area.

And who writes it

The runner drafts the ad copy, the practitioner approves — the signature rule applies to ads too. The panel’s auto-generated copy isn’t published unreviewed; most of it comes out promise-laden: the production article. To inherit it built and district-locked: the parcel model.

Rejected → Passes “Free yourself from anxiety” “Practitioners working in the area of anxiety” “The best clinic in the area” “In [District] since 2016” “Are you depressed?” “Therapy in the area of depression and anxiety” Aimed at the person → describing the clinic · claim → record · pressure → calm single action

📌 Field Notes

  • When three versions are rotated, the one converting to the most first contacts is usually the plain four-part version.
  • Ads with urgency pressure get clicks in this vertical but convert to fewer first contacts.
  • A headline starting with the district name is the most-clicked form beneath the platform ad.

📖 Quick Glossary

  • Four parts: District, area, title, door.
  • Version rotation: The platform showing variants of the same template in turn.
  • Record sentence: Verifiable information (year, location, title) in place of a claim.

This week, write three four-part versions and have the practitioner approve them. To inherit your district’s psychologist keywords built and locked, check your parcel; for the landing page, move to the landing page article.

Sık Sorulan Sorular

Is the fee written?

If so, as a range and on the landing page; not in the headline. A figure in the headline is open both to the platform filter and to wrong comparisons.

👉 All three versions carry the four parts; the difference is which of the person’s questions gets a sentence.

Three Versions, One Template A — Plain four parts, unadorned; usually wins B — Process-focused “planned together” C — Practical-focused in person, online, Saturdays Fee: a range, on the landing page; not in the headline.

How is ad copy written?

With four parts, all from the identity card: the district (the headline’s first words), the area (one per keyword group), the title (complete and correct) and the door (one action). The person isn’t persuaded; they recognise the right place.

How many versions?

Three: plain (four parts, usually the winner), process-focused (“planned together”) and practical-focused (in person, online, Saturdays). The fee as a range on the landing page, not in the headline.

Which sentences get rejected?

Promises aimed at the person (“free yourself”), superiority claims (“the best”), questions to the person (“are you depressed?”), urgency pressure and client numbers/outcomes. Replacements: the clinic’s area, a record sentence, a calm single action. The practitioner approves the copy.
