Which consulting services does KOSGEB’s YÖNDE Program cover?

Each line has its own per-service and total limit (Directive, Articles 6-9). To apply, you must be a natural or legal person defined in the Turkish Commercial Code, be registered and active in the KOSGEB database, and keep your İşletme Beyanı, the SME declaration that sets your size class, up to date.

How do you apply for YÖNDE and request payment, step by step?
The process has five steps, and you apply with the YÖNDE application form through the system described on KOSGEB’s YÖNDE program page. Consulting fees are not stated, so get your own quote.
- Registration check: confirm your KOSGEB database record is active and your SME declaration is current.
- Application: fill in the YÖNDE application form in the system; KOSGEB reviews it within 15 days at the latest.
- Approval: the program starts on the approval date and runs for 36 months.
- Service and payment: buy the service from an authorised consultant and pay, including any co-payment, through a bank, PTTBank, or a payment or electronic money institution.
- Payment request: upload the Payment Request Form and payment documents in the system, no later than 4 months after the program ends, or 2 months more with a valid excuse.
