How the online visibility campaign works: Adapte’s 3-month recipe system
The online visibility campaign is Adapte Dijital’s 3-month, fixed-price programme for small businesses. You fill in a needs form, we suggest the recipe that fits, and delivery starts with payment. The fee is TRY 36,000 + VAT, paid upfront. At the end of month one, we review the results together.
There are three recipes: Website, Google Ads and Meta Ads. We apply only the one that helps most. In 2026, an Istanbul shop owner’s problem usually sits at one door, and we look for that door. For the wider picture, see what a small business should buy in its first 3 months.
How does the campaign work in three steps?
BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ
- Step 1: the needs form
- Step 2: the recipe suggestion
- Step 3: payment and delivery
None of the three steps needs technical knowledge from you. You fill in the needs form, we suggest a recipe with our reasons, and delivery starts with payment. At the end of month one we sit down and look at the numbers together, and the remaining two months follow that review.
Step 1: the needs form
We ask what you sell, where, and how customers find you today.
Step 2: the recipe suggestion
We suggest one recipe and share in writing why, and what we will measure.
Step 3: payment and delivery
Payment is upfront and the price is fixed. Then the site, ad account or pixel goes live, depending on the recipe.

Why one recipe instead of everything?
BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ
- Focus makes results visible
- “Recipe” is a deliberate word
- The scope is written upfront
Because a small business has limited budget and limited time, and effort spread everywhere leaves a mark nowhere. One recipe focuses on solving one problem for 3 months; if customers are not walking through the door, we open that door first. This lets us measure clearly what works, so we never have to sell you something we cannot measure.
Focus makes results visible
When everything starts at once, nobody knows which call came from where. With one recipe, every call and message ties back to one source.
“Recipe” is a deliberate word
A doctor does not prescribe the same medicine to every patient. Diagnosis first, then the recipe, with a fixed scope and no surprise items.
The scope is written upfront
The Website Recipe includes a mobile-friendly sales page, contact buttons, a Google Business Profile, basic SEO and visitor tracking. The Google Ads Recipe covers account setup, keyword research, search campaigns and conversion tracking. The Meta Ads Recipe sets up the pixel, audience settings, image and copy ads, and conversion tracking.
Which signal decides the recipe?
We choose the recipe by how your customers search for you, not by your sector. This view comes from our own content method, 1K9N: first who is searching, then with which question. Two hairdressers on the same street can start differently. The table sums up the three signals we see most and the recipe each points to.
| Signal we see | Recipe we suggest | Why | Separate ad budget |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nothing shows when your name is searched, you are missing from the map | Website | You need to be findable first | Not needed |
| Customers type their problem into Google when it hits | Google Ads | Catch ready intent in that minute | Needed, paid to Google |
| The product sells on sight, but nobody sees it | Meta Ads | Get noticed before the search | Needed, paid to Meta |
The recipe can change after month one
If the month-one review shows the starting signal was only half the story, the remaining two months shift focus within the recipe’s scope.
How does our own data shape the recipe?
BU BÖLÜMÜN ÖZETİ
- Mobile leads by far
- Being seen is not enough
- Measurement is part of every recipe
According to adaptedijital.com’s Google Search Console data for 14 June – 13 September 2026, our site had 142,296 impressions but only 1,699 clicks. The average click-through rate is about 1.2%. Being seen is not being clicked, so every recipe includes measurement and favours intent-rich questions over generic keywords.
Mobile leads by far
In the same period, 1,267 clicks, roughly three quarters, came from mobile. Mobile click-through rate is 1.86%, desktop 0.57%. That is why we build the sales page for the phone first.
Being seen is not enough
For the query “dijital ajans” (digital agency) we have 478 impressions, an average position of 66 and zero clicks. Long, intent-rich questions rise faster. For “diş deposu nasıl açılır” (how to open a dental supply store) we average position 2.5, with 11 clicks from 219 impressions.
Measurement is part of every recipe
We do not hand over any recipe without visitor or conversion tracking. In Google’s own words, conversion measurement lets you count valuable actions such as purchases, sign-ups and phone calls. The numbers we check after month one are listed in six numbers to check after month one.

How do payment and coupons work?
The package fee is TRY 36,000 + VAT, paid upfront and unchanged for 3 months. There are no surprise monthly invoices. In the Google Ads or Meta Ads recipe, the ad budget is not included; you pay it directly to Google or Meta. If you have a coupon code, you mention it when you apply or in the meeting.
What a fixed price gives you
When the till is not ringing, a changing monthly bill is the last thing you need. A fixed price shows the cost of all 3 months on day one. The line-by-line breakdown is in the TRY 36,000 visibility package.
What do we discuss at the end of month one?
After month one we check together whether the setup works and what the first signals say: who saw you, who called, who left a message or form. Whatever the numbers show, we shape the remaining two months around it. The meeting is for making decisions, not reading reports.
- Is the setup complete: are the page, profile, account and tracking working?
- What do the first signals say: where do calls, forms and messages come from?
- What do we strengthen in the next two months, and what do we drop?
You see it with your own eyes
We open the numbers on screen together. Accounts are set up in your name, so you can always see the data.
No meeting ends empty-handed
Even if results fall short, the meeting ends with a clear decision, noted in writing.
What do we not promise?
We do not guarantee rankings, sales or a set number of customers. Google’s and Meta’s algorithms are not in our hands; what is in our hands is the right setup, regular measurement and an honest review. Our founder Gürbüz Özdem has tested more than a hundred domains and sites; that experience teaches what to do first, not how to guarantee results.
- We do not say “we will get you to number one in a week”.
- We do not hide the ad budget inside the package and add a difference later.
- We do not present a result we cannot measure as success.
Our method
Diagnosis, one recipe, measurement and a shared decision, in that order, for every business. All campaign details are on the Get Visible Online campaign page.

Ad money goes straight to the platform, so you see every lira spent and it never mixes with the fee. If you are wondering how much to set aside, how much should my ad budget be is a good start.
